The Scriv-interview: A Long Interview with Ben Scrivens

Howdy!

I recently had a phone call interview with Leafs/Marlies goalie Ben Scrivens that lasted over half an hour. I transcribed the entire thing. It’s about 4,000 words. We divided the interview into three parts for http://theleafsnation.com and posted them.

We talked about everything. His season, the Leafs’ collapse, the Marlies’ playoff run, the media, the CBA, his contract, and his truck. Here are all three parts in all their glory.

    I do not think that Scrivens will be good enough to be on the team. Reimer is the only decent goal-tender that we have now, and if we don’t find another goalie by the start of the season, then Scrivens will be the only one to look back at! Brian Burke….. You need to do something!!
